Your Role
- Oversee the efficient setup and timely completion of customer warranties, ensuring proper registration.
- Work closely with dealerships to gather all required paperwork for deal processing.
- Confirm the accuracy of vehicle and financial details with customers.
- Ensure all necessary proofs are signed before releasing documentation to customers.
- Coordinate vehicle collections once the deal has been successfully processed.
- Ensure that all relevant documents are sent correctly and on time.
- Maintain strict adherence to company standards and compliance regulations in all communications.
Work Schedule
42 hours per week (Full-Time)
Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
One Saturday per month, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with daily challenges
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
