Your Role
- Make 250+ calls per day to warm leads
- Utilise a dialler system to efficiently reach customers
- Ensure that all leads are followed up, ensuring conversions meet company standards
- Conduct fact-finding with customers and pass qualified leads to Car Finance Specialists
- Effectively manage your pipeline to stay organised
- Adhere to Kandoo processes and technology
- Ensure all calls remain compliant with company standards and regulations
Work Schedule
- 42 hours per week (Full-Time)
- Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
- One Saturday per month, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with daily challenges
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
