Your Role
As a Payouts Administrator at Kandoo Car Credit, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers and dealers experience a smooth and transparent process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing documents submitted by customers to ensure they meet lender criteria
- Verifying customer identity by checking documentation and confirming details through calls
- Sending the correct documentation to lenders promptly
- Keeping both customers and dealers updated on the progress of their deals
- Proactively following up with lenders to secure decisions and ensure timely processing
- Supporting general office administration to keep operations running smoothly
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 42 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role (car finance experience is a plus!)
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and overcome challenges
- A strong team player, but also able to work independently when needed
